Payment and Insurance
Payment for services is due at the time of your child's dental treatment. We're always happy to provide an estimate of fees before any work is done. We know that many families occasionally struggle to meet the daily financial challenges, and we will work with you to develop a treatment plan for your child which fits your family budget. Bright Smiles of Winter Haven accepts cash, personal checks, most major credit cards and debit cards for payment.
We accept many insurance plans.
We file to all PPO Insurance Plans - However we are only in-network with Humana and Delta Dental PPO. We can also file to plans under the Careington umbrella. Unfortunately we do not accept any of the Florida Medicaid Programs. As a courtesy to you we will be happy to do a complimentary benefits check prior to your appointment. Please be sure to give us a day's notice if you would like us to check for you.
If you have dental insurance we ask that you pay the non-covered fees at the time of service. For those without insurance , payment is requested at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. Care Credit may be accepted for those who do not receive a discount for participating insurance plans. Please call our office if you have any questions on using Care Credit prior to your visit.
We file to insurance as a courtesy. Balances not paid by insurance is the patients responsibility.
Bright Smiles Club
Our Bright Smiles Club is designed to help lower the cost of care and treatment for patients who don not have dental insurance*. The treatment provided offers a savings of 15%. The paid annual membership in the club includes the following items for one-year from enrollment date: Two periodic oral examinations, one set of cavity detecting x-rays, two cleanings, two fluoride treatments, periodontal screening, oral cancer screening and 15% off additional treatment.
Note: The parent bringing the child to our office is legally responsible for payment of all charges. We cannot send statements to other persons.
